Someone just recommend this video to me. I thought it was very interesting perspective about orgainizing and managing an open source project so I thought I’d share it with the community.

This was just great. I am starting on yet another open source project, we just getting started with the planning stage. So we found this just at the right time. Having worked on various projects before, i have seen some of this issues before.
In this video, i says this is the 4th part. Where can i find part 1 to 3?
